Trish and Cara are a great team! They helped us sell our mom’s condo for the highest price ever in the complex. Cara is great at digital and social marketing to drive interest and Trish is really knowledgeable about the market and knows exactly what needs to get done to get top dollar and, possibly more importantly, what you can save your money on because it won’t pay back…and they have excellent contractor and moving resources they can refer you to. Everything with them was very turn key, which is impressive because selling is stressful. They are both willing to do whatever it takes for their clients, even if that means helping manually pack your kitchen with you. I highly recommend Trish and Cara!

I never felt rushed and they were supportive the entire step of the way — quickly identifying the neighborhoods and styles I was most interested in, and then continuously sending the latest options (many before they even hit the market).

The negotiation process with the selling agents was also where Trish and Cara shined. There were multiple times I didn’t think we’d have a chance to win the offer, but they so delicately balanced persistence and poise with the selling agents that we were able to make the most competitive offer to win!

But it didn’t stop there. They were so amazing helping me navigate the entire closing process — answering my zillions of questions (nearly instantaneously) and consistently supporting me along the way.
