As a first time buyer I felt very comfortable working with Trish Eby. She was very responsive, diligent and approachable. She takes time in understanding my concerns and getting back with answers by doing relevant investigation into the matter. I was thoroughly happy with her.

We worked with Trish when we bought a townhouse in the SF Bay Area. This home is in a highly desirable area and had multiple offers. Although we were prepared to go over asking price, Trish guided us to stay at the asking price, and negotiated on the contingencies. She looked out for us! The seller didn’t have the disclosure documents in place, but Trish kept after them and got all the disclosures on time for a short closing. She is highly responsive (Trish never sleeps), always available, extremely professional, has a highly disciplined approach, and is on top of her game. Trish is THE BEST. Highly recommended!

Although I had a very tight turnaround time to pack, sell, and move to Southern CA, thanks to Trish, my condo sold well over the asking price and I was able to meet my deadline on time. Her calm and cheerful manner as well as lightning-quick response to potential problems made the whole experience so much easier to negotiate!
